The Carmel Mar Thoma Center (CMTC) aims to provide an atmosphere in imparting theological learning and spiritual enrichment for the mission of the Church with a new perspective, by reaching forth to the unreached and living for an impact in the context where the church has been placed.

The Diocese of North America and Europe of the Mar Thoma Church visualizes its new phase of development and growth with a Convention Center for conferences and retreats, and will focus on family enrichment programs, and refresher courses to impart theological education to clergy and laity and envisages retirement homes for seniors. This center will function as the satellite center for the Mar Thoma Mission Board - the mission wing of the Diocese of North America and Europe and will be an expression of the Church's commitment to the well-being of the wider community.
